Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all items within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery is via a tracked and secure courier service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

For large and heavy items, delivery may be completed by a specialist courier and may take slightly longer. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Delivery for oversized items may be available to mainland UK only.

Restricted delivery areas

Due to courier surcharges and logistical limitations, we do not normally deliver to the following postcodes:

IV, KW, HS, ZE, PH, BT, IM, JE, GY

and some remote areas of Wales including:

LL, SY, SA

Please contact us before purchasing if your delivery address falls within these areas. Additional charges may apply, or delivery may not be possible.
